A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

My name is Margaux, orginally from France, I moved to London in 2015 and developed an increasing interest in health and fitness which led me to qualify as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer in 2020. I have also been practising kick boxing for over 5 years and love to incorporate these skills into my programmes.

My main focus is to help people explore their potential, push their boundaries, boost their confidence and make positive changes to their lives whether it be using bodyweight and resistance training, mobility, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or boxing.

Passionate about helping people achieve their goals, I will give you the tools to become the best version of yourself!
